Sharp stabbing pains in my heart, dizziness, and sweating is how I remember feeling coming off stage after a college performance in 1984. I had no idea that playing my bass guitar and performing so hard that night would make me sick and awaken me to healing myself thirty years later. And it was all in my heart!
