Back in The Day. The holiday season was always the best! Getting together with my grandparents, siblings, aunts and uncles and of course my parents, brings back memories, music and emotions of some of the happiest times of my life.This holiday season. Through out a good part of my adult life. I've been feeling a certain kind of way. I never truly understood it, but While doing yoga. A "deep dark" feeling hit me in my body, right into my heart. So deep, and so painful. It scared me! I have to share this with you.

Fishing was a staple in the Knight family from as early on as I can remember. Eating the fresh catch of the day while playing at the kitchen table was simple childhood fun until the unthinkable happened. Of course, it just had to happen to me!
